Ethics and the Law, a Special Series 

Join The Florida Guardianship Foundation along with the Florida State Guardianship Association, Miami Jewish Health, Jewish Family Services and Miami Dade Public Guardianship Program for a primarily in person and hybrid, Ethics and the Law, a Special Series. 

Episode I, a three-hour program, will offer an in-depth examination of the ethical challenges in patient advocacy and guardianship, the complexities and ambiguities of end-of-life care, and the decision-making process around quality of life. Additionally, the session will cover best practices for obtaining court orders, particularly those related to end-of-life issues and DNRs.
