Initial 4-hour training course for Examining Committee Members Instructor Lance Mc Kinney PA, Florida Examiners. Participants will examine the laws and procedures surrounding guardianship and incapacity, the decision-making process in adjudication, the duties and ethical obligations of examining committee members, and the evaluation of competencies. The Office of Public and Professional Guardians has approved this Initial Examining Committee Training Course as required by 744.331, Fla. Stat.

The Examining Committee 2- hour Update Instructor Enrique Zamora Esq. and Dr. Leonard Hock. The Office of Public and Professional Guardians has approved this update Training Course as required by 744.331, Fla. Stat.
