Hosted by The Florida Guardianship Foundation along with the Florida State Guardianship Association, Big Bend Guardianship Association, Disability Rights Florida and the ARC of Jacksonville for a hybrid training event, Ethics and the Law II, a Special Series. Join us in person at the FSU Alumni Association (Rendina Room), 1030 W. Tennessee Street, Tallahassee or via ZOOM.
Episode II, another three-hour program, will offer in-depth examinations of additional challenges in guardianship this time involving medical and ethical decision-making, the complexities with incapacity and disability issues, and residential and social decisions. As before, these sessions will cover best practices in guardianship and with advocacy on behalf of vulnerable adults.
