Sessions delve into key guardianship topics including consultations, the appointment of examination committees, emergency guardianships, contested hearings, initial filings, and annual reports.

The training is approved for 8 CLE in Elder Law and for 7 CEU for Guardians 7 hours in Guardianship Law and 1 hour in Ethics. Once you have finished your course you must return to the course catalog and click course completion confirmation. At that time, you are able to print your certificate.
